Mercure Hyderabad KCP celebrated “Heartist Celebration Week” with an aim to acknowledge and recognize the employee’s relentless efforts in delivering the highest standards of services, contributing towards the success of the hotel. Accor celebrates this week long festival country wide and this year’s theme is ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ to celebrate equality.The team organised an array of colourful events to promote bonding and appreciate the hard work that they put in during the year.
The celebrations were inaugurated with back to school theme day where the employees dressed up in school uniforms and relived their childhood memories.As a part of festivities, Mercure Hyderabad KCP came up with various themes and activities for first three days like Back to School days, Arabian feels and Local Theme.The staff at Mercure also visited the Cherish Foundation and spent time with the underprivileged kids. The Weeklong celebrations will culminate into a Gala Dinner which will witness scintillating performances by Mercure Staff.
The most loved activity was the Local theme on Day 3 and food festival. With a beautiful décor and traditional South Indian attire to welcome the employees,team members performed dance on local songs and were seen having loads of fun. The employees engaged in fun activities like Antakshari, musical chair and other games. The event was followed by the regional cuisine food festival where the Telangana & Andhra signature dishes were served in local Telangana style.
Employees dressed up in various regional attires on all the days and enjoyed the delicious dishes from various cuisines. The team bonded and rejoiced,accepting diversity and inclusion as a part of the organisations culture. Other games like Kabaddi, Volleyball, caroms, chess, Cricket, Badminton etc were organised for team.
