Elaborating more on the JV Dr.Kasu Prasad Reddy, Founder Mentor, Co-Chairman,
MaxiVision Super Speciality Eye hospitals group said the “ 25 years ago I came back from
England and found Maxivision Group. The merger of Maxivision to the professional company run by Dr.Velu, has given me a lot of space to focus on enhancing excellence in my practice, do various research and innovations in eye care, and the network also grew exponentially, which would not have happened under my individual management. The Joint Venture model of the company has
opened a barrage of possibilities to practice expansion to various doctors who own large hospitals but are not able to justify or balance both clinical practice and enterprise growth.
Ophthalmologists should focus on patient care, surgical excellence and research, and business
management, expansion, strategic management should be left to professionals. That is where this unique model of JV works. It gives wings to ambitions of good practices
Dr.AAV Ramalinga Reddy, a good friend of mine, and hails from my native place, Narsaraopet, is an exemplary surgeon, with a vision to grow. Together under the guidance and leadership of Dr.GSK Velu, and a team of professionals, this group will grow to the vision in a short time”
Speaking on the Occasion, Dr.AAV Ramalinga Reddy Managing Director, Aswini Netralayam
added “ I have been always carrying a vision in my mind to grow my practice to tier 2 and Tier 3 potential towns of Andhra Pradesh, from where a lot of patients travel to my hospital in
Narasaraopet. After the bifurcation of the state, and emerging new towns, and populations, the
need for eye care is growing ominously, in all pockets of these two states. Watching MaxiVision grow its own as an undisputed leader, in Telangana and AP, I decided to partner with them, forge energies and grow together with a network of super specialty eye care providers. I am convinced that Dr.GSK Velu, a dynamic health care entrepreneur, Dr.Kasu Prasad Reddy, who is a pioneer
in eye healthcare, we will be very successful in this journey.
