Being overweight and obese is an abnormal or high fat accumulation that affects health.

According to the WHO: Overweight if the body mass index is greater than or equal to 25, and obesity if the body mass index is greater than or equal to 30.
Body mass index (BMI) is the most useful indicator of measuring the level of overweight and obesity in the population, because it is the same for people of all ages, regardless of gender.
