CREDAI announces two-day Warangal Property Show 2019

Warangal : CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, country’s apex body of private real estate developers, today announced the 2 days Warangal Property Show 2019 Shri E. Premsagar Reddy, Secretary, CREDAI Telangana Shri C.  CREDAI Warangal Property Show 2019 will be held on 19th & 20th October 2019 at Nandana Gardens, Nakkalagutta, Hanmakonda. The two-day property show will bring together realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants, and financial institutions from across the city to exhibit the advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella. The event will present integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, green buildings with a special impetus on retail and commercial complexes. The show will see participation from developers and different stakeholders from the financial and manufacturing sectors. The exhibition will showcase properties suiting every requirement and budget by the developers providing consumers a chance to get the best options for residential needs in the Warangal. Information on housing loan options and how to avail the same will also be there for customers visiting the show. The Property show will exhibit diverse offerings from value to luxury and will also introduce exciting offers from developers.

Speaking at the Curtain raiser for the CREDAI property show to this Mr. E Prem Sagar Reddy, Secretary, CREDAI Telangana, said, ” Over the past few months, we have adapted our business plans in line with these great reforms, driving the country towards a more conducive and transparent business environment. The urban agglomeration of Warangal is developing at a rapid pace. The city successfully made it to the second list of proposed Smart Cities in 2016 and the implementation work is managing by the Greater Warangal Smart City Corporation Limited. The Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) and Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) have major plans to develop the city with a focus on the needs for the next 50 years. This will include the development of mega townships, smart roads, multi-level car parking projects, rooftop solar projects, a ropeway project, and many other projects. Warangal has a thriving economy and is known for its premier institutes like NIT Warangal and Kakatiya University, bustling tourism sector and emerging industrial hubs such as the Mega Textiles Park. It offers what other metropolises offer – a well-developed social infrastructure and a host of career and employment opportunities. Many educational institutions, universities and information technology companies are viewing the city as a good alternative to Hyderabad and establishing their base in Warangal, a scenario that will directly push the housing and rental demand in the city. The city is already an attractive educational hub as it is home to popular engineering and medical colleges in the country. The state government is also aiming at encouraging investment in industries through special incentives and plans for decentralization of districts in terms of industrialization.”

Mr. C. Jagan Mohan, Vice Chairman, CREDAI Telangana, said, “Warangal is showing signs of a future destination for property investors. The Outer Ring Road (ORR) will improve connectivity to the National Highways and smaller towns. Land prices have seen an upward trend in recent years along the emerging industrial corridor of Warangal – Hyderabad Highway and
