CARE Hospitals Honours Doctors Across Network on National Doctors’ Day
Hyderabad, July 1: Marking National Doctors’ Day, CARE Hospitals honoured doctors across its network for their dedication to saving lives, clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. Doctors were felicitated at various CARE Hospitals as a gesture of appreciation for their unwavering commitment to the medical profession. The celebrations brought together senior leadership, clinicians and employees to recognise the contribution of doctors who continue to serve patients with professionalism, resilience and compassion, often under demanding circumstances.
This year’s National Doctors’ Day theme, “Behind the Mask: Who Heals the Healers?”, focuses on the need to support the mental, emotional and physical well-being of doctors. CARE Hospitals said creating an enabling environment for physicians is as important as investing in advanced medical technology, with emphasis on continuous learning, multidisciplinary collaboration, professional growth and physician wellness.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pawan Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, CARE Hospitals, said every patient places immense trust in their doctor, and that trust comes with tremendous responsibility. He noted that behind every successful diagnosis, complex surgery and life saved is a doctor making critical decisions with compassion, commitment and clinical expertise.
He added that while healthcare is being transformed by artificial intelligence, robotics and precision medicine, technology can complement clinical practice but cannot replace the human judgement, empathy and trust that define the doctor-patient relationship. He said CARE Hospitals remains committed to empowering its doctors through world-class infrastructure, advanced technology, continuous professional development and a collaborative clinical environment.
According to the hospital, its doctors care for thousands of patients every day with the support of advanced medical technologies, robotic-assisted surgeries, digital health solutions, multidisciplinary clinical teams and simulation-based learning programmes.
CARE Hospitals, which has completed 29 years of healthcare service, said it will continue to invest in clinical talent, research, innovation and technology while fostering an environment that enables doctors to thrive professionally and deliver better patient outcomes.
